Reservation Policy

To insure the best choice of rooms and allow us time for any special preparations, please make reservations as far in advance as possible. Reservations are held by credit card.

Children: are welcome.

Rollaway beds: are available at a charge of $25 per night, per extra person.

Pets: We are pet friendly and ask that guests with pets use rooms with outside access. Some restrictions apply, please call for reservations. There is an additional fee of $15 per day for pets.

Smoking: For the safety and consideration of all of our guests, smoking is NOT permitted inside the Heritage Inn.

Cancellation Policy: Forfeit of one night's lodging will be required for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, a gift certificate will be issued for a future stay.

Check-in Procedure: Check-in after 3:00 pm and before 8:00 pm.*

Check-out Procedure: Check-out by 12:00 pm.

* If you think that you may arrive after 8:00 pm please call us ahead of time as we go to bed early! We do accommodate later check in times, we will just have to give directions to the room etc.

Rates: subject to change without notice and do not include State and local taxes.
