Other area attractions you may enjoy include Historic Route 66, Hubble Trading Post, Sunrise Ski Park, and the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest.

- Historical Homes - Being a Pioneer town there are many historical homes to visit. A great place to start is the Stinson Museum; the staff there will happily give you a guided tour of the William J Flake home, and arrange for tours of the other homes of historical importance. - Trails & Tracks - If hiking, biking or off road vehicles are on the itinerary, there are many trails and tracks in the area. Visit Pinetop-Lakeside Tracks , a very informative web site for non-motorized trails in the White Mountain Region. For motorized trails in the White Mountains, the Arizona Game and Fish Department or the Arizona State Parks web sites have some good information that we are sure will be useful.
- Fishing - There are over 40 lakes and 600 miles of streams in the area, so no shortage of fishing! Check out the Silver Creek Fish Hatchery just outside Snowflake.

- Skiing, Snowmobiling & Cross Country Skiing – Sunrise & Snowbowl Ski Resorts are within driving distance, ask about our ski packages.
- Plays, Concerts, Musicals etc - Snowflake is a quaint small Arizona town steeped in history; a warm welcome will greet you. The locals are proud of their history and of their community and love to share it with visitors from all over the world. Call us to see what may be going on at the time of your visit.
- Birding - Snowflake is a great place to venture out to various excellent birding locations. White Mountains, and surrounding areas offer a wide diversity of life zones, from juniper grassland to spruce-fir forest. Nesting species in the higher elevation mixed conifer and spruce-fir forests include Gray Jay, Blue Grouse, and Three-toed Woodpecker. The lower areas near Eagar and Springerville often attract interesting migrants in the late summer and fall as well as some sought after nesters like Gray Catbird, Pinyon Jay and Lewis's Woodpecker. The area's many lakes offer habitat to nesting, migratory and wintering populations of many species of waterfowl. Birding can be good year round in the White Mountain area.
